How do you show up in your business? A great question to ask yourself periodically, over time. I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase, “Do what you have to do today in order to be who you want to be”? It is so important to get real about that.

What could you be doing right now, tomorrow, next week, all month… in order to become who you need to be in order to do the things you want to do?

When you have big dreams, you really have to know who you are. You have to be confident with your abilities. You, of course, need to put in the work to see it all through. If you aren’t confident in who you are, what you want, and what you can do… you will always have a hard time putting yourself out there to the world. If you can’t put yourself out there? Well, in business… that is going to hurt you. Again, that honesty is needed! You will be happy that you sat down with yourself to think about it.

So, let’s go over some ways to gain that confidence.

Get to know your mind.

Ask yourself WHY you’re doing what you are. Ask yourself: “how I can be more consistent?” or “how can I show up in a bigger way?”

Again, take yourself back to the first questions of what actionable steps you could be taking daily in order to show up.

Becoming aware of your mindset is vital to knowing where you need to make changes! Become aware of the doubts that creep in and the thoughts that hold you back so that you can work on re-framing them.  (In the three-day confidence course below, we can help you do this!)

Get to know your strengths & weaknesses

Be proud to share what you do know and what you’re good at!

Always share how you do the things that you do well. You have no idea who might need to hear it or who could benefit from your skills. Realize that it is your moral obligation to share your gifts with the world. When you can change your mind from fear of being judged to knowing you have a purpose and it helps others… you will take major strides to move forward!

On the other end, get do need real about your weaknesses. Never be to big-headed to believe you know it all. Being coach-able and willing to learn from those who are doing what you want to do, is important. Be willing to accept that you have room to grow. Let your education from others boost your confidence as you see how powerful your mind is.

Now that you’ve become very close to yourself and your mind, you know that you have things to work on. You now have some great material to share with your audience as well as some task ideas for yourself weekly. Keep in mind your weaknesses which you can speak on as you’re learning to build them up. For your confidence, remember you have many strengths as well that need to be shared with others.

Each day, plan to put into practice both consistency in your strong points and equal work into your weaknesses.

Never be scared to share the process of both with your audience!! They love to know that you are human, that you are working on your own struggles, and they are interested in your goals.

This is what I always want you to get back to when you’re feeling down or unsure about what your next step is. Then decide to step up and put your practices into action. Remember, do the things you need to do, in order become that person you want to be.
